Privacy policy
The short version: I collect only what's needed to take, ship, and support your order. There are no analytics or ad trackers, and your information is never sold.

VFLARED MODDING LLC ("I", "me") runs vflared.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What I collect
- Account details (optional): if you sign in with Google, I receive your name, email address, and profile picture link from Google. They're used to show your order history and keep your cart in sync across devices.
- Your cart: saved in your browser, and in your account if you're signed in.
- Order details: when you check out, PayPal shares your name, email address, shipping address, and what you bought, so I can ship your order.
- Payment details: card numbers and bank information are handled entirely by PayPal. They never reach this site or me.
- Messages: emails you send me, kept to answer you and handle your order or service.
- Not collected: no analytics, no advertising trackers, no tracking cookies. See cookies & storage for exactly what your browser stores.
How it's used
To process and ship orders, provide warranty service and support, show your order history, answer your messages, and keep the business records the law requires. I don't send marketing email unless you ask, and I never sell or rent your information.
Who else handles it
- PayPal processes payments — PayPal privacy statement.
- Supabase stores accounts, carts, and orders.
- Google provides the optional sign-in — Google privacy policy.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from abuse.
- Shipping carriers (USPS or UPS) receive your name and address to deliver your order.
How long it's kept
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require (typically up to seven years). Account data is kept until you ask me to delete it. Your browser cart stays until you clear it.
Your choices
- Email me to get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account and its data. Order records needed for tax purposes are kept, but detached from your account.
- You can clear everything this site stores in your browser at any time through your browser's settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional privacy rights. Email me and I'll honor requests those laws cover.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
