Shipping, returns & warranty
The short version: orders ship within 1–3 business days with tracking, unused accessories can be returned within 14 days, and every mod and repair is backed by a workmanship warranty. Details below.

Shipping
- Where: United States addresses only, for now. Orders to other countries are declined at checkout before any payment is taken.
- When: orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment. A console listed as awaiting its modchip installation ships once the install is finished — I'll email you if that will take longer.
- How it's priced: your cart calculates shipping from the estimated weight of the order plus packaging, and it's charged at checkout.
- Carriers: USPS or UPS, always with tracking. The tracking number arrives by email once your order ships.

- Mail-in modding service: no shipping is charged for the service itself — you ship your console to me, and return shipping is quoted when we arrange the service. See the modding page.
- Local pickup: Cincinnati-area pickup may be available — email me before ordering.
- Damaged or lost packages: email me within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and I'll work with the carrier to make it right.
Returns
- Accessories: return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived defective or not as described.
- Modded consoles: because each console is individually modified, modded consoles can't be returned for a change of mind. If one arrives defective or not as described, email me within 14 days and I'll repair, replace, or refund it. After that, the warranty below applies.
- How to return: email me with your order number before sending anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method through PayPal within 5 business days of the return arriving.
- Cancellations: email me before your order ships for a full refund.
Warranty
- 90 days on mod work: modchip installations — on a console bought here or your own through the mail-in service — carry a 90-day workmanship warranty covering the modchip and its solder work. If the mod fails, I'll repair it at no charge.
- 30 days on board repairs: micro-soldering repairs are covered for 30 days on the specific repair performed.
- Not covered: physical or liquid damage after delivery, repairs or modifications by anyone else, problems caused by system updates or software changes, and Nintendo online service bans.
- Making a claim: email me your order number and a description of the problem. Warranty repairs are done by mail-in, and I cover return shipping on approved claims.
